As a key part of our dealerships success youll help customers maintain and protect their investment by delivering honest advice accurate estimates and exceptional serviceevery time.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assist with service inquiries
Document and translate vehicle concerns into actionable service work
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle history
Provide clear accurate estimates and keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Verify that final repairs align with service orders and review all charges with the customer
Ensure an exceptional customer experience that earns trust and loyalty
Qualifications:
Prior experience as aService Advisoror in a customer-facing automotive role preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Ford GM or dealership experience is a plus
Computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems (CDK Reynolds etc.)
High attention to detail and commitment to professionalism
