Position Summary
We are seeking Memory Care Program Assistants to provide exceptional care and support to our members with dementia. We have opportunities for both:
PRN (As Needed) ideal for those seeking flexibility
Full-Time (MonFri 9:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.) perfect for those looking for stable hours
In either role youll be making a meaningful difference every day while working in a supportive team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist participants with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as grooming toileting eating and other individual needs
Help participants during arrival and departure times (removing coats walking to door checking lockers for belongings)
Support with exercise walks and planned program activities throughout the day
Prepare and serve snacks including distributing cups water napkins utensils etc.
Review all relevant charts and notes at the start of each shift and as needed throughout the day
Maintain participants privacy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA policies
Schedule Options
PRN / As Needed No weekends or holidays required
Full-Time MondayFriday 9:00 a.m.5:00 p.m.No weekends or holidays required

Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Completion of an approved Nurse Aide Training course and active listing on the NC Nurse Aide Registry preferred
At least one (1) year of experience working with older adults including direct support for individuals with dementia
