Job Type: Travel / Contract
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shifts: Full-Time Nights Full-Time Evenings 8-Hour Shifts
Schedule: 40 hours/week 5 days
Travel Pay Details:

Hourly Rate: $41.00 ($15.50 taxable $25.50 non-taxable)

Weekly Gross: $1640.00 ($620 taxable $1020 stipend)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Travel LPN/LVN to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in Geneva NY. As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will provide compassionate high-quality nursing care to residents under the supervision of an RN or physician.
Responsibilities for LPN/LVN:

Administer medications and treatments per resident care plans as an LPN
-
Monitor residents health status and report changes as a Travel LPN
-
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as an LPN/LVN
-
Document care accurately in compliance with facility policies as a Travel LPN
-
Communicate effectively with families staff and interdisciplinary teams as a Licensed Practical Nurse
-
Promote a safe supportive and respectful environment for all residents as an LPN
Requirements:
-
Valid NY State LPN/LVN license
-
Minimum 2 years of LPN experience including 1 year in LTC
-
Prior Travel LPN/LVN experience required
-
AHA BLS certification required
