Start: 09/29/2025 13-week contract
License: NY (must be in hand)
Local Rule: Candidates must live 75 miles away

Schedule:

M F 7:00 AM 5:30 PM (40 hrs/week)
No block scheduling
Must be flexible to float to other offices

TRAVEL PAY BREAKDOWN:

Hourly rate $32.00 $16.00 taxable $16.00 non-taxable

Weekly Gross $2000.00 $1000.00 taxable $1000.00 stipend

Requirements:

1 year LPN/LVN experience
EPIC (hard requirement)
BLS (required)

Travel experience: Preferred but not required
