Job Overview
Seeking a skilled Maintenance Repair Worker to perform outdoor yard maintenance building maintenance and light repair duties with supervision at the Brooksville Operations Center. The role includes landscaping cleaning minor repairs and equipment maintenance within varied weather and terrain conditions.
Key Responsibilities

Perform landscaping and outdoor yard maintenance duties including lawn mowing weed trimming and power washing

Assist with minor building repairs: light plumbing painting flooring carpentry and replacing light bulbs

Clean and wash equipment and outdoor windows

Operate hand and power tools ATVs lawn mowers weed trimmers and pressure washers

Maintain and repair minor equipment in the yard under supervision

Communicate effectively in English follow instructions and complete reports

Lift carry and handle up to 50 pounds; frequent stooping climbing bending; work in diverse weather conditions
Required Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in yard maintenance including power washing

Minimum 2 years experience in building maintenance including plumbing and painting

Skilled in use of lawn mowers weed trimmers and pressure washers

Ability to comply with contract requirements including safety dress and drug testing

Valid handyman or contractor license is highly desired
