POSITION SUMMARY
Working in our production area this role will be responsible for assembling sub-components sub-systems and complete products in Infleqtions commercial product line. This role requires good manual dexterity ability to conduct visual inspections understanding of mechanical electrical and optical engineering equipment and commitment to follow all safety processes.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements - Associate degree in technical field required along with two (2) prior experience in optics laser or similar field. May substitute prior experience for educational requirements on a 1:1 basis
- Comfort and familiarity with standard clean room practices and working in clean rooms
- Experience handling and cleaning precision optics and silicon wafers for laser applications
- Comfort and familiarity with handling of delicte components and equipment including fiber optic components
- Familiarity with optical surface quality specifications: MIL-PRF-13830B and ISO 10110-7
- Experience with optical contacting and/or anodic bonding experience is desired
- Ability to inspect parts against technical drawings including those with GD&T tolerancing
- Good dexterity to assemble small components into sub-assemblies
- Proficient in MS Office

TRAVEL
Up to 10% travel may be required.
WORKING CONDITIONS and PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work will normally be performed in an office and laboratory environment and around technical equipment including computers and lasers. Able to sit stand bend lift and carry up to 40 pounds without assistance. Able to efficiently use automated office equipment such as laptops copiers and printers; able to effectively engage in communications (via phone computer or in-person). Any required Personal Protective Equipment will be provided and must be properly used in accordance with company requirements.
BenefitsThe targeted salary range for this role is $57900 to $81000 on an annualized basis plus eligibility to participate in our annual incentive plan.
