As the Manager youll be at the heart of our store overseeing daily operations mentoring your team and ensuring every customer enjoys a warm and engaging shopping experience. With a hands-on approach youll drive sales maintain an inviting store environment and foster a culture of excellence.

What Youll Do:

Lead train and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service.
Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales inventory management merchandising and team scheduling.
Drive sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed store goals.
Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to inspire customers and employees alike.
Ensure the store remains beautifully maintained well-stocked and inviting.
Handle administrative responsibilities including cash management reporting and compliance with company policies.
Foster a positive team-oriented environment where employees feel valued and motivated.

What Were Looking For:

Retail management experience (2 years preferred).
A passion for food flavors and creating memorable customer experiences.
Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale and operating systems.
A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
Comfort using point-of-sale systems and managing store operations.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
