As the Manager youll be at the heart of our store overseeing daily operations mentoring your team and ensuring every customer enjoys a warm and engaging shopping experience. With a hands-on approach youll drive sales maintain an inviting store environment and foster a culture of excellence.
What Youll Do:
- Lead train and develop a high-performing team that delivers exceptional customer service.
- Oversee all aspects of store operations including sales inventory management merchandising and team scheduling.
- Drive sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed store goals.
- Become an expert in our unique spice blends and teas to inspire customers and employees alike.
- Ensure the store remains beautifully maintained well-stocked and inviting.
- Handle administrative responsibilities including cash management reporting and compliance with company policies.
- Foster a positive team-oriented environment where employees feel valued and motivated.
What Were Looking For:
- Retail management experience (2 years preferred).
- A passion for food flavors and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Strong leadership problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using point-of-sale and operating systems.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to lead by example.
- Comfort using point-of-sale systems and managing store operations.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods.
