About This Role:
As a Lawn Maintenance Foreman/Crew Leader you serve as both a skilled professional and a customer-focused representative of our team providing our clients with exceptional service a positive experience and reliable landscape maintenance solutions. Youll work closely with both clients and internal teams balancing exceptional work and building long-term relationships no matter the weather. Your day-to-day work may bring minimal supervision but we still expect safety guidelines to be followed & enforced throughout your crew. Responsibilities:
- Landscape Maintenance -
- Clean-ups
- Mowing
- Mulching
- Pruning/trimming/edging
- Weed whacking
- Bed maintenance
- General maintenance on equipment
- Coordinate/process paperwork in relation to the job at hand
- Oversee the work of at least one crew member
- Snow removal in winter
Qualifications/Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a related field (preferred)
- Valid chauffeur license (Class A CDL preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Possess leadership skills
- Strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service
- Maintain a high level of productivity by prioritizing & delegating tasks
- Proactive compliance to safety regulations
- Demonstrates integrity and accountability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Initiative to perform other job duties as assigned
