- In this role you will become the go-to expert on all matters related to investment products aligning these with product strategy while effectively managing potential company risks. This person will be the critical link between the audit and business teams ensuring smooth and productive collaboration.
- As investment products continue to grow within the company the exposure to regulatory risks increases proportionally. Your pivotal role will be crucial in understanding how Internal Audit can support the companys healthy expansion by providing insights into key risk exposures and mitigation
- Given that investment products are strategic for Nubank Groups development you will have the opportunity to directly influence how Internal Audit develops and implements strategies to manage related risks using a data-driven approach. Your contributions will be essential in directing audit approaches to effectively cover investment-related risks and opportunities.
Youll be responsible for
- Act as the Internal Audit ambassador on Investment products leveraging your understanding of business strategy regulatory requirements and emerging challenges.
- Successfully engage stakeholders at all levels of the company promoting a collaborative and efficient environment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to assess and enhance the effectiveness of investment operations and risk management processes.
- Conduct thorough audits of investment portfolios and strategies ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies and providing technical guidance to audit team members.
- Develop and implement robust audit plans and methodologies tailored to investment activities.
- Prepare and present clear concise audit reports to senior leadership detailing findings recommendations and strategic improvements.
- Facilitate data-driven discussions within the Internal Audit team and across diverse business sectors and regions (BR MX and CO).

We are looking for a person who has
- Project management skills.
- Stakeholder management expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of investment regulatory frameworks.
- Experience with investment products and a deep understanding of the regulatory risks associated with them as well as other risks related to capital markets and operational processes.
- Proficient in risk management strategies.
- Problem-solving skills coupled with effective communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Prior experience with brokerage firms Big Four accounting firms regulatory or self-regulatory organizations (such as CVM ANBIMA BACEN) or experience at B3 is a significant advantage.

Our Nu Way of Working
Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work one will be at the office.
