This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your technical knowledge project coordination skills and passion for construction in a role that bridges office-based project management with hands-on field operations.
What Youll Do
As a Project Coordinator youll work closely with the Project Manager and Site Superintendent to support the full lifecycle of industrial construction projectsfrom planning and mobilization to execution and closeout. Youll gain exposure to:
- Construction strategy and planning meetings
- Baseline schedule interpretation and execution support
- Procore documentation management (drawings RFIs submittals)
- Procurement tracking and mobilization coordination
- Change management and cost/schedule impact reviews
- Daily logs LEMs payroll coding and quantity tracking
- Quality control documentation and inspections
- RFIs submittals and lessons learned documentation
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
- EIT designation (or in progress)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A proactive detail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A passion for learning and growing in the construction industry
