Role Highlight
Take on a newly created Business Development Manager role focused on driving workwear and corporate apparel sector growth across NSW. Build lasting relationships with stakeholders at every level and lead growth initiative that deliver measurable impact.
Role Overview
Reporting to the Sales Manager you will own business development within the workwear and corporate apparel sector. Daily responsibilities include managing client relationships coordinating order support and resolving service queries for seamless delivery. Weekly youll collaborate with Product Supply Chain and IT teams to drive product rollouts and onboarding. Monthly analyse account performance prepare reports and present insights to support growth and improvement.
Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business in NSW by identifying and converting high-value corporate leads
- Deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals to stakeholders from C-suite to operational managers
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through prospecting referrals events and networks
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and present integrated client solutions
- Support tender submissions onboarding and smooth transitions to service teams
- Resolve client issues with internal teams and participate in service improvement initiatives
- Maintain accurate CRM records and documentation for onboarding and reporting
- Contribute to sales meetings territory planning forecasting and business reviews
- Monitor market trends competitor activity and risks to adjust strategies and identify opportunities
Candidate Profile
You are a driven commercially savvy sales professional with 23 years B2B experience preferably in workwear corporate apparel or service industries. Comfortable managing complex sales cycles and engaging stakeholders at all levels you thrive in fast-paced environments and excel at building pipelines and delivering tailored solutions that drive growth.
