Job Summary
Position: Recruitment Operations Intern
Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)
Duration: 3 Months Internship with PPO
Stipend: 15000 per month
Mode: Monday to Saturday

As we scale our placement operations we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment Operations Intern to join our team and support our growing talent matchmaking function.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Coordination between learners partner companies and internal stakeholders for interviews assessments and feedback
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between candidates and recruiters from hiring companies
- Track and maintain detailed reports of learner shortlisting selection stages and outcomes
- Ensure timely documentation and data hygiene across placement trackers and internal dashboards
- Follow up with learners on availability readiness and offer decisions
- Coordinate internally with Placement Sales and Delivery teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process
- Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team on placement progress
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in HR Business or related fields (recent graduates welcome)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and comfort with handling large data sets
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Prior experience/internship in recruitment or operations is a plus
