Description of the role
This position is for a Manager Assistant at DoubleTree - Tudor Arms in Cleveland OH. The individual will support the restaurant manager in various tasks and operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Assist the restaurant manager in daily operations
- Coordinate with kitchen and serving staff
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Help in maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in the restaurant industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
