- Liaise with various teams within EIL Global to ensure effective project delivery and service enhancement.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in IT support technologies and methodologies to recommend improvements.
- Ensure compliance with the companys IT policies and procedures while delivering solutions tailored to client needs.
