Agricultural Production Laborer - Planting

JOB SUMMARY

Join our nursery team and play a key role in producing healthy high-quality plants. As part of the shifting and planting operations crew youll perform a variety of hands-on and machine-assisted tasks that keep our nursery thriving. Responsibilities include filling containers with soil planting and shifting small or large container products repairing ground cover removing weeds and debris and maintaining planting areas. Youll also root prune liners identify and correct root issues and plant them into containers using proper horticultural techniques. Additional duties include labeling plants loading and unloading containers and supporting potting machine operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors staying active and contributing to the growth of sustainable nursery products.
