Job Description
DPR Construction is seeking a Waterproofing Laborer-Carpenter for our Self Perform Division 7 team in the Aiken South Carolina area.
Experience in these areas is a plus:
- Air barriers.
- Joint sealants.
- Floor polishing.
- Below Grade waterproofing.
- Hot applied waterproofing.
- Under-slab waterproofing.
- Firestopping.
- Expansion joint install.
We are looking for a flexible detail oriented team player with the ability to manage multiple demanding tasks while producing quality work and consistently meeting deadlines. The successful candidate will possess:
- Excellent listening skills and have strong communication ability
- Ability to identify and resolve complex issues
- Ability to create and support team morale
- Strong technical knowledge in Moisture and Fire Protection
- Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite Project Management Software Accounting cost management software and scheduling software.
- A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
