As a Caregiver Team Lead you will be responsible for a range of duties to ensure the well-being of our clients and the success of our caregiving team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Emergency Coverage: Be available to fill in for caregivers during emergencies and call-offs ensuring continuous client care.
- Onboarding and Training: Facilitate caregiver onboarding and training ensuring all staff are well-prepared for their roles.
- Client Introductions: Start service with clients and facilitate caregiver/client introductions and hand-offs to ensure smooth transitions.
- Communication: Maintain good oral and written communication skills to provide updates instructions and reports to the office team.
- Scheduling: Assist with caregiver scheduling ensuring that client needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Supervision: Assist in managing caregiver call outs late arrivals early departures and refusals of assignments and reviewing the daily logs and time sheets bi-weekly to ensure that each caregiver is following the care plan and that lost hours are identified
Requirements:
- Location:Must reside in Plymouth MN or surrounding area. Be willing to travel up to 40minutes from Plymouth as needed.
- Flexible Schedule: Ability to work in office 8:00A-4:00P but also have morning evening and weekend flexibility
- Personality:A flexible adaptable and dependable personality to handle the changing needs of our clients and team
- Communication:Strong communication skills especially using the telephone and develops and disseminates caregiver newsletter
- Transportation:Possess a valid drivers license a reliable automobile insurance and a good driving record. Willing to travel throughout the service area.
- Experience:A minimum of 1 year of experience providing care in home care hospital or facility settings.
- Compensation:Guaranteed 40 hours per week with competitive pay
