Job Summary
Key Ford Scales islooking for a reliable and motivated Shop Helper to join our team. This is an all-around support role designed to keep the shop running smoothly. Youll assist technicians help with customer vehicles and work closely with the parts department and service advisors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Move and park customer vehicles safely
- Support Techs with any assistance needed
- Assist with creating repair estimates and securing prior approvals
- Keep the shop clean organized and efficient
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Clear driving record (valid drivers license required)
- Prior automotive experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
