Job Summary

Position: Air Travel Consultant with German (Entry level no experience required!)

Location: Brno Czech Republic (on-site) or fully remote from Czech Republic

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: Competitive salary performance bonuses & premiums after 3rd month

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customers via inbound calls in German and English.
Assist with reservations cancellations check-in policies and travel guidance.
Accurately record customer interactions in internal systems.
Provide timely friendly and professional solutions while meeting quality and KPI standards.

Required Skills And Experience

Fluent German (B2) and English (B2) spoken and written.
Willingness to relocate to the Czech Republic (or already residing there).
Strong computer literacy.
Customer-oriented positive and stress-resilient personality.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights weekends and holidays.
