We are seeking a motivated Marketing Winter Intern to join our dynamic Marketing department at Student Medicover. As an intern you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various marketing projects and campaigns.

The major responsibility of a Marketing Summer Intern is to help plan and implement our marketing and advertising activities for international students. An ideal candidate should understand the full marketing mix and be familiar with ways to analyze market research and customers behavior. The candidate will regularly report to and work closely with Account Manager and marketing division to determine and assure sales objectives are met. The ability to exhibit enthusiasm drive initiative and excellent people skills is important.

Develop and implement strategies to increase sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and identify sales opportunities.
Adapt quickly in a dynamic environment while advocating for both customers and the company.
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and email outreach.
Provide insights into new markets as the company expands.
Lead with energy enthusiasm and a positive attitude in a fast-paced competitive setting.
Think critically and collaborate with the sales team to enhance overall performance.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work well under pressure and meet demanding deadlines
Capacity to grow into a leadership role motivating and training teams
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team
Strong time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with startup environments and the unique challenges they present
Extensive experience with social media platforms including WeChat Facebook Line Weibo WhatsApp and others
