Be the Mind Behind the Machine
As our Programmer youll develop optimize and troubleshoot CNC programs that keep our machines running at peak performance. Working closely with engineers and shop personnel youll bring customer models to life improve efficiency and contribute to a culture of continuous innovation.
What Youll Do Here
Program and optimize 3 4 and 5-axis CNC machines.
Create CNC programs from customer models drawings and technical specs.
Select tools and refine toolpaths for maximum efficiency and precision.
Develop and maintain detailed setup documentation.
Troubleshoot machining issues directly on the shop floor.
Drive continuous improvement through analysis and collaboration.
Stay up-to-date with advancements in machining and programming tech.
What Youll Bring
10 years of machinist experience including 2 years in programming.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or CAM software (MasterCAM required; Hypermill a plus).
Strong understanding of blueprints drawings and GD&T.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized adaptable and collaborative.
High school diploma or GED required (technical certifications a plus).
