Change Management Specialist (6082)

AsChange Management Specialist youll support enterprise IT sustainment and release operations. This role will coordinate change activities support validation testing and ensure documentation is accurate and complete to enable secure efficient delivery of system updates in a fast-paced Agile environment.

What youll do:

• Coordinate and document the lifecycle of system changes including change requests approvals and implementation
• Support the preparation and execution of release management activities including planning scheduling and stakeholder coordination
• Develop and maintain change documentation including impact assessments rollback strategies and configuration updates
• Collaborate with validation and testing teams to ensure changes are tested and verified prior to deployment
• Support the development of test plans test cases and regression test scripts
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and change control meetings (e.g. CABs CCBs)
• Maintain traceability of changes and ensure alignment with system baselines and documentation repositories
• Assist in the development of training materials and communications related to new or updated processes

What youll need to succeed:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems or related field
• 3 years of experience in change management release coordination or systems documentation
• Experience supporting Agile or DevSecOps environments
• Familiarity with configuration management processes and documentation standards
• Experience developing and maintaining process documentation flowcharts and SOPs

Strong organizational and communication skills

SALARY RANGE: $92000 - $100000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
