In this role you will be a part of theAviation Transit and Commercial Buildingsteam of theBuildings Sector based in Denver Colorado
What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Prepare construction documents in coordination with multi-discipline project team of architects and engineers.
- Coordinate project requirements and development of construction documents with subconsultants.
- Meet with product vendors to review specific products to be incorporated into the projects.
- Perform code reviews and meet independently with local code officials to review and determine specific local code requirements and project compliance.
- Perform bid phase and construction phase tasks including site visits review of shop drawings responding to requests for information and issuing clarifications.
- Lead the development of design alternatives using a variety of media including computer visualization and physical models. Work in coordination with and oversight of the Principal Architect
- Lead the development of presentation documents and make design presentations to Clients.
What your experience looks like
- Degree in architecture required from an Accredited University. Bachelors Degree required
- Must have 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Must have demonstrated ability to use computer software for design.
- Must have detailed knowledge of all phases of architectural and engineering practice.
- Must be proficient in the production of contract documents including Technical Specifications.
- Must be proficient in production with Revit and AutoCad
- Experience with Sketchup Photoshop 3D Studio Rhino V-Ray and other imaging and rendering software.
The salary range for this role is $90000-1100000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidates skill set experience certifications and geographic location. Compensation may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor.
