Job Summary

CC ensuring that clients needs are met as the project evolves; is responsible for the selection and completion of repair projects taking care of work teams and managing the sites tool and construction material budgets. Require prior knowledge of the technical skills for this position. You must however display excellent communication organizational and planning skills. Will be expected to work in a team setting lead large and small groups and model DHL values. Coordinating project schedules resources equipment and information.

Tasks:

  • Liaising with clients to identify and define project requirements scope and objective
  • Develop relationships with business partner and evaluate viable business options.
  • Generates a timely follow-up and notifies project management.
  • Evaluate select and schedule repair projects.
  • Monitor tool and spends to stay on budget.
  • Payment Order Tracking/evaluates costs of all construction contractor supplies.
  • Carefully record each receipt into Project Manager (budget tracking program)
  • Develop process that helps a continuous improvement.
  • Visit work teams to which you are assigned at least one time in a week.
  • Help work teams maintain a positive attitude and appropriate work environment.
  • Communicate with Real Estate Director Construction Manager and Staff about construction team status.
  • Conduct daily construction team meetings.
  • Follow the construction manuals standard plans and guidelines for all projects.
