Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect for Salesforce Commercial Cloud at EIL Global IT Solutions and Services Pvt Ltd. This is a full-time executive-level position requiring a minimum of 10 years experience. The role is based in our Bangalore and Delhi offices where you will work closely with cross-geographical teams to deliver advanced Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Extensive experience with Salesforce CPQ demonstrating proficiency in implementing and configuring tailored solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Apex programming ensuring the development of robust custom applications and components.
- Strong skills in Lightning Web Components to design and develop dynamic user interfaces and experiences.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce Integration particularly in working with REST and SOAP APIs to connect systems efficiently.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud enabling facilitation of the sales process for better customer relationship management.
- Competency in Visualforce allowing for the creation of complex data-driven interfaces for Salesforce applications.
- Proven ability in using data migration tools for seamless transition and integration of data between platforms.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the design and technical architecture of Salesforce Commercial Cloud implementations ensuring they meet client business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other systems using best-in-class practices and technologies.
- Oversee and mentor junior developers providing guidance on technical approaches and best practices in Salesforce development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into comprehensive Salesforce solutions.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular updates as necessary to ensure the integrity and performance of Salesforce applications.
- Develop and maintain documentation of design integration processes and solutions for future reference and company standards.
- Respond proactively to complex support requests and troubleshoot issues to resolution maintaining high system uptime.
- Stay informed on Salesforce releases and product changes to identify opportunities for enhancing solutions.
