Were looking for a motivated and curious Sales Development Representative to join our growing team in Water and Field. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone whos eager to learn get stuck in and make a real impact - without the pressure of closing deals just yet (this will come though!)
Youll learn from our experienced team who are invested in your development with progression into closing deals!
What youll do
Researching and identifying potential customers who could benefit from our product/service
Reaching out to prospects via email phone and LinkedIn to start meaningful conversations
Qualifying leads and setting up meetings for the sales team
Registering and regularly tracking tender platforms
Working closely with Sales Director to hand over well-prepared leads
Tracking and managing your outreach activity in our CRM (Hubspot)
Attending and exhibiting at relevant conferences and exhibitions across UK & Europe
Learning best practices in prospecting sales psychology and pipeline generation
Contributing ideas to improve messaging targeting and team processes
What youll need
A strong communicator whos comfortable reaching out and starting conversations
Naturally curious and eager to learn - about our business products customers and how sales works
Resilient and positive even when things dont go your way
A self-starter who takes ownership and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
No prior sales experience needed - just the right attitude and willingness to grow
You can speak another language (French Spanish or Eastern European is a preference)
It would also be great (but not a necessity) if:
Experience in lead generation
You have some experience in water or field services
