About the Role
Were looking for a DevOps Lead to join the Engineering team. This senior-level role is ideal for someone with a startup mindset and proactive attitude ready to step in as a technical reference for DevOps practices. Youll play a critical role in managing infrastructure across multiple cloud platforms ensuring SOC2 compliance and supporting complex environments that require resilience and security.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the technical reference for DevOps best practices.
Manage infrastructure across AWS Azure and GCP environments.
Drive and maintain SOC2 compliance for sensitive data projects.
Monitor and optimize infrastructure to ensure scalability and reliability.
Participate in on-call rotations and handle alert management.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and security teams.
What You Need to Succeed
Senior-level DevOps experience with proven startup exposure.
Multi-cloud expertise (AWS Azure and GCP).
Background in SOC2 compliance and handling sensitive data.
Proactive problem-solving mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
Ability to provide technical leadership (not direct people management initially).
