The role will lead on Learning and Development activities for the North America region of the Investments business in the US Canada and Mexico. They will work as part of a global Learning and Development team to support a global learning culture whilst leveraging and sharing expertise across regions.

The Requirements
You will be an experienced HR and/or L&D practitioner with previous experience delivering and driving people initiatives. You will be able to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels. You will enjoy working as part of a team with the autonomy to implement initiatives.
Previous experience developing and delivering professional skills training content is essential for the role. The following knowledge and experience would be an advantage:
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $120000 to $150000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
