Job Summary
Clinical Supervisor (RN)

As a Clinical Supervisor you will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in a variety of ways including:
- Providing clinical oversight from admission through discharge of home care clients
- Supervising care management activities
- Leading orientation and conducting ongoing evaluations of home care caregivers
- Ensuring clinical skills and competencies of caregivers
- Supporting caregiver development through education and training
Skill Requirements:
- Active / Unencumbered Georgia NursingLicense (RN)required
- Minimum experience requirement:
- Three (3) years nursing experience as RN
- One-two (1-2) years clinical supervisory experience
- At least one (1) year of home care experience direct patient care or supervisory
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Supervisory experience required
- Must meet all federal state local contract and program requirements in addition to internal certifications and training as required
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of Georgia Healthcare System including Medicaid waiver programs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer literacy
Position Requirements:
- Rotating On-Call required
- Regular weekly schedule (part-time or full-time)
- Ability to perform patient visits as scheduled or assigned required
- Training/ education of field staff required
- Collaborate with Director of Clinical Services on development of QIs / SOPs etc
- Partner with Recruiter(s) collaborating on patient service delivery
- Assess evaluate and develop patient plans of care
- Coordinate with community partners
