POSITION OBJECTIVE: This is the highest level within the series. Incumbents tutor students in a variety of subjects and skills. Duties include: creating educational plans; documenting and monitoring student progress; meeting with parents students and other resource providers; and preparing lesson plans under direction of a certified teacher. | |

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Positions in this class typically require: stooping kneeling crouching reaching standing walking lifting finger dexterity grasping feeling talking hearing seeing and repetitive motions. Medium Work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Incumbents may be subjected to odors extreme temperatures and intense noises. | |
