- Develop and manage relationships with clients underwriters and service providers.
- Understand client business and risk management needs to deliver tailored solutions.
- Lead client strategy pricing and placement to ensure profitable outcomes.
Business Development
- Drive new business acquisition and client retention.
- Maintain and convert a pipeline of prospects through research meetings and RFP responses.
- Collaborate across business units to identify cross-selling opportunities.
Broking & Placement
- Design insurance programs and placement strategies aligned with client needs and market conditions.
- Negotiate with insurers in London and international markets.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Operational & Leadership Duties
- Develop service plans and manage end-to-end client service delivery.
- Support budgeting forecasting and revenue tracking.
- Act as a senior point of contact providing technical expertise and mentoring team members.
Additional Responsibilities
- Represent FINEX/WTW in industry panels and events.
- Promote a high-performance culture and uphold company policies.
Qualifications- Expert knowledge of D&O and financial lines products
- ACII-qualified studying or committed to ACII
- Demonstrated excellence in client service and business development
- Insight into global insurance markets and broking/claims processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and web-based tools

- Persuasive written and verbal presentation abilities
- Analytical mindset with clear focused problem-solving
- Results-driven able to lead teams and drive change quickly
