Join Gliderol as a Builder Account Manager and help expand our presence in both the residential and commercial builder markets. You will play a key role in promoting our product supporting dealers and driving growth across both metro and regional areas. If you have a passion for building relationships meeting sales targets and working independently in the field this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and building long-term relationships with builder clients architects and commercial developers.
  • Prospecting Domestic Development and Major Builders
  • Driving sales growth by targeting untapped areas and emerging regional opportunities.
  • Monitoring market trends and providing insights to management for optimized strategies.
  • Contributing to quarterly planning and collaborating with internal teams

YOUR SKILLS

We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual with demonstrated success managing complex accounts. You will be able to build lasting relationships and have the technical knowledge to offer tailored solutions to our customers.

  • Construction related sales experience (essential)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a proactive customer-focused approach
  • Commercially astute with experience in strategic selling and negotiating with builders architects and project managers
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethic in a field-based environment
