Job Summary

JOB PURPOSE:

To maintain existing business with current clients and help our clients to better understand the full potential of our products and act as liaison between the client and delivery external/internal resources. also be responsible for collaborating with different work groups and departments to improve customer support programs and enhance customer satisfaction.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Client Relationship Management:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met.

Account Management:

Oversee client accounts ensuring timely delivery of services and resolving any issues that arise.

Service Delivery:

Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services as per client requirements and timelines.

Client Communication:

Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates gather feedback and address any concerns.

Problem Solving:

Proactively identify potential issues and develop solutions to enhance client satisfaction.

Reporting:

Prepare and present regular reports on client accounts including performance metrics and feedback.

Upselling:

Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to existing clients to maximize revenue and enhance client value.

Continuous Improvement:

Contributes to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices considering international best practice improvement of business processes cost reduction and productivity improvement.

Policies Procedures & Processes:

Follows all relevant departmental policies processes standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Daytoday Operations:

Follows the daytoday operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.


Qualifications :

Bachelor Degree in Advertising Art Marketing Project Management or equivalents.
35 years of experience in relevant fields.
Fluent in English.
Experience in marketing agencies is preferred.
