Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design implementation and ongoing optimization of a secure scalable and high-performing network infrastructure. This role involves providing technical leadership driving operational excellence and aligning network strategies with business objectives. The ideal candidate will ensure network reliability security compliance and effective team collaboration while also mentor network engineers and overseeing critical incidents and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain enterprise-grade LAN WAN SD-WAN VPN and wireless networks.
- Lead day-to-day operations providing guidance and mentorship to network engineering teams.
- Ensure high availability performance and security of all network services.
- Implement firewall rules access controls and collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives.
- Manage network incidents SLAs and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate network documentation and support regulatory compliance (ISO 27001 GDPR PCI-DSS).
Requirements:
- 58 years of hands-on networking experience with 12 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco Juniper Fortinet and enterprise networking.
- Proficient in routing (BGP OSPF) switching VLANs QoS and firewall configuration.
- Familiarity with SD-WAN cloud networking (AWS Azure) and wireless technologies.
- Required: CCNA; Preferred: CCNP Fortinet NSE AWS/Azure Networking ITIL.
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed.
