Panel Executive

Role Description

Primary Role will be to validate panellists scanning data by checking the integrity and accuracy of the data!

To improve data quality by providing edits and communicating data queries to the necessary teams! Supports the Data Quality Team in creating a positive environment conducive to continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Tasks:

  • Familiar with the scanning app and how data is collected.
  • Understand and follow processes required for validations.
  • Focus on priority checks given by manager.
  • Communicate and be in touch with the manager where necessary.
  • Provide daily/weekly stats in a timely manner.
  • Provide data edits from validation in a specified format within the required timeframe.
  • Informing Product Dictionary team of new products that can be added to the Masterfile.
  • Provide panellist scanning errors to PM team in required timeframe.
  • Demographic validation
  • Collating data for the monthly tracking reports
  • Ensure backups of own work is saved on network daily.

  • Evaluate information for effectiveness and accuracy.

Knowledge and skills needed for success:

  • Experience with working with data
  • Good understanding of data quality
  • Experience with data cleaning/validation
  • Computer literate- Advanced with Microsoft Excel
