Job Responsibilities:
- Carpentry work HVAC electrical plumbing painting and other duties as assigned.
- Evaluating and diagnosing needs as well as recommendations on potential solutions.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge across multiple construction disciplines.
- Ability to function as part of a team and follow through on projects is necessary.
- Work in a safe manner provide superior customer service and positively contribute to overall tenant satisfaction.
- Other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of carpentry electrical plumbing painting and HVAC.
- High School Diploma Trade Certification or equivalent experience.
- Ability to handle heavy lifting (more than 50 lbs.) as required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to be flexible with work hours and assignments.
- Some weekend work will be required.
- Valid IL Drivers License required.
- Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
- 18 years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy
