CDK is hiring a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic Customer Success team. The Customer Success Manager will contribute to our Customer Obsessed culture by providing our clients with a great experience.
Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled technical level data extraction specialist / Analyst with strengths in CDKs DSDA platform. The Business Process Consultant position requires exceptional knowledge within CDKs architecture and the ability to communicate/consult to all levels of dealership personnel.
Responsibilities
To work within a team of highly skilled and experienced associates in the processing of repair order history and archived document extraction and compilation.
To assist with highly specialized data transfer and larger DSDA extraction sets
To review finding and provide process coaching limited to using the DSDA extracted documents.
To ensure dealership employee follow-through.
Qualifications
5 years of experience providing excellent customer service resolving issues efficiently and ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels.
An advanced level of experience with Data Storage and Data Archiving (DSDA) is required to deliver effective consulting services.
Experience in extracting data from large complex datasets with the ability to transform and clean the data to enable meaningful analysis and reporting.
Excellent written verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
High level proficiency with MS Office products.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to transition working remotely with clients.
Ability to write SQL BASH and Python scripts.
Preferred Qualifications
Multi years of experience working within a corporate culture.
Strong understanding of Linux and PICK SQL Server.
Knowledge of CDKs platform and functionalities
Salary Range: $60000 - $64000
CDK Global is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
