Job Summary
We are searching for a qualified and dependable housekeeper to keep all common areas of our community clean and ensure that vacant apartments are ready for new this unique role we will also train you to fill in as a Leasing Rep!
Responsibilities include:
- Cleans all common areas of the apartment community
- Vacuum and dust
- Wash walls windows door panels
- Sweep wax and polish floors
- Clean vacant suites
- Replenish bathroom supplies
- Inform management regarding safety concerns (i.e.: trash in hallway burned out bulbs etc.)
- Work closely with on-site managers and maintenance technicians
- Performs other duties as assigned.
