We are currently recruiting a Client Support Specialist within our Foodbuy team to join the business based in our support office in Melbourne CBD.
At Foodbuy Compass Group Australias dedicated procurement arm we manage over 40000 products through 3300 supply partners with a strong commitment to local Australian sourcing and supporting Indigenous-owned and regional businesses. As Australias largest foodservice and hospitality procurement organisation Foodbuy plays a key role in delivering over 61 million meals annually across diverse industriesfrom mining and aged care to corporate and education.
THE ROLE
This role will see you as one of the key point of contact for providing support to your internal and external customers in relation to Supply Chain matters. Specifically this includes ensuring efficient and effective operations of the Compass Group operating systems as well as providing administrative and customer service support to both internal and external customers. The role is also responsible for identifying any strategic opportunities for innovation.
