Job Summary
Investigate network issues and bring to resolution within stated SLA parameters Provide root cause analysis to support team & customers upon request Responsible for planning implementing and supporting changes to various infrastructure systems Review and assist with backup recovery planning & testing Collaboration with various teams supporting complex environments to troubleshoot issues Interact with hardware and software vendors to ensure timely resolution of issues Periodic recommendations to clients to optimize performance availability and resource consumption Participate in training and mentoring of junior team members Developing and maintaining systems architecture & common procedure documentation
