Dein Verantwortungsbereich
-Du untersttzt Fachexperten bei der Organisation und Administration von Lern- und Entwicklungsangeboten und Talent-Programmen

-Du untersttzt den Programm Manager unseres Senior Talent Progamms administrativ

-Du koordinierst Termine holst Offerten ein bearbeitest Rechnungen und pflegst Inhalte im Learning Management System

-Du kommunizierst mit internen Stakeholdern und externen Providern und sorgst fr einen reibungslosen Ablauf von Trainings

-Du holst strukturiert Feedback ein und erstellst aussagekrftige Reports zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Lernangebote

Deine Strken
-Du verfgst ber eine abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung oder befindest dich in einem Learning-nahen Studiengang

-Du bringst erste Erfahrung in der Administration oder Projektuntersttzung mit idealerweise im People und Leadership Bereich

-Du arbeitest strukturiert zuverlssig und behltst stets den berblick

-Du bist kommunikationsstark und arbeitest gerne im Team

-Du bist sicher im Umgang mit der Office Palette und lernst neue digitale Tools mit Leichtigkeit

-Du kommunizierst fliessend auf Deutsch und Englisch
