Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree program graduation between May 2023 and December 2025 (including).

  • Advanced/fluent English.

Our recruiting process for this program consists in several steps throughout the course of 3 months. These steps are:

  • Application Questionnaire: Upload your resume and answer some questions with basic information.

  • Assessment: Online assessment composed of video interview questions and games.

  • Group Assessment: Online sessions of 20-25 participants. Learn more about AES and participate in a group activity with other candidates.

  • Business Panel & Interview: Online session with senior leaders and Human Resources in which you analyze a business case in groups. Individual interviews with finalists after business panels.

  • Start date of program: January 2026.

The expected salary for this position at commencement of employment is between $78.000 and $79.560/Annual; however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors including market location job-related knowledge skills and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements such as annual bonus in addition to a full range of medical dental vision life financial and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits such as vacation sick time and parental leave) dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if a candidate receives an offer of employment. If hired employee will be in an at-will position and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time including for reasons related to individual performance Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
