Are you a customer service professional looking considering a career change Versiti is hiring Blood Bus Driver Phlebotomists to join our live-saving mission. No phlebotomy experience required but a CDL Class B is REQUIRED.

Upon Arrival: Candidates are welcome to park in the visitor lot and enter through Door #1. Candidates must register for the event. A registration link will be sent to you after application has been submitted.

No phlebotomy experience No problem!
To get you started on your journey with us we begin with a paid eight-week training program. This includes four weeks of classroom training and four weeks of mentoring with an experienced phlebotomist.
Position Summary
As a Blood Bus Driver & Phlebotomist you will:
- Prepares collection site performs set up of equipment including technology systems
- With a valid CDL may operate mobile drive buses. Following all DOT guidelines safely transports staff supplies and equipment and arrives at site on time.
- Performs accurate medical interviews to determine donor eligibility performs venipunctures/blood draws ensures donor safety and rebooks donors for future appointments
- Observes and responds to donor questions concerns and reactions appropriately
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid Class B CDL
- Willingness to under a background check that includes criminal check motor vehicle check education verification employment verification and a drug screen
- This position requires open availability to accomodate the availability of our community partners and blood drive scheduling
