Job Summary
Quality Analyst (QA)Role Objective:Ensure accuracy and compliance in the audits for order forms and contracts are accurate compliant and aligned with client Responsibilities:Perform QA checks on workflows Request verification order details: units of service approvals contract terms invoicing sanity checks on order implementation and renewal errors categorize by severity and Submit feedback to assigned team members to prevent repeat audit logs and compliance & Qualifications:Bachelor degree (Business/Finance/Operations).2 4 years of QA experience in order management deal execution or BPO/KPO attention to detail and analytical with SAP CRM or workflow tools written and verbal coaching and remedial skills
