Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving storing processing and dispatching cargo so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Summary
Receives stores and distributes material and products within the warehouse by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Ability to lead and direct team efforts in a warehouse environment.
Reads production schedule customer order work order shipping order or requisition to determine items to be moved gathered or distributed.
Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
Sorts and places materials or items on racks shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size type style color or product code.
Fills requisitions work orders or requests for materials tools or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or the assembly line.
Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or conveys orders to the packing station or shipping department.
Mark materials with identifying information such as labels.
Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
Weighs or counts items for distribution within the plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
Arranges products in the specified sequence for assembly by other workers.
Responsibilities
Leads a group of 10 employees in the warehouse operation. Responsibilities include the ability to lead motivate and direct team efforts while informing the department supervisor of problems or potential problems that require immediate attention.
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is helpful.
Other Skills and Abilities
Bilingual skills are highly desirable.

Pay Range:
$20.00 - 21.00
*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
