Salary and Benefits

Salary range of $200000 to $230000 annually depending on experience
Eligible for up to $20000 sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance available (preloaded if needed)

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive general dentistry services for adult patients (approximately 95% adults)
See approximately 2 patients per hour
Diagnose and treat oral diseases injuries and malformations of teeth and gums
Perform routine cleanings extractions root canals crowns and other general dental procedures
Collaborate with local medical center for surgical or complex dental cases
Maintain accurate patient records using EMR
Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Work closely with 2 hygienists dental techs and the Dental Director
Foster a team-oriented patient-centered environment

Requirements

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Clear and active license to practice dentistry in the state of New Mexico (or ability to obtain)
New graduates are encouraged to apply
DEA license and current CPR certification
Commitment to serving underserved populations
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Eligible for NHSC loan repayment program (preferred but not required)
Visa sponsorship available (H1B and J1 considered)
