What youll be doing

This Strategic Leadership role provides an exciting opportunity to shape the future of digital property exchange. As a visionary Technology Leader you will drive our architectural evolution and engineering excellence shaping our platform engineering capabilities lead AI adoption and ensure our systems are secure scalable and future-ready as we expand into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Technical Leadership

Drive PEXAs architectural vision and engineering standards aligned with business strategy

Lead the Architecture & Engineering Standards team providing clear technical direction

Champion the adoption of generative and agent-based AI across engineering practices

Develop technology roadmaps for cloud integration and platform capabilities

Establish governance frameworks ensuring security compliance and scalability

Innovation & Delivery

Guide high-impact architectural decisions across the organization

Partner with product teams to ensure platform readiness and solution resilience

Drive modern architecture patterns and AI-enabled engineering practices

Foster collaboration across engineering communities and external partners

Lead continuous improvement in engineering practices and standards

What youll bring to the table

Proven track record in enterprise architecture leadership

Deep expertise in platform engineering and cloud technologies

Experience implementing engineering standards and governance

Knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application

Strong stakeholder management and team leadership capabilities
