We are seeking a professional customer-focused and highly motivated Service Advisorto join our Polestar Scottsdaleteam. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their vehicle service needs in a courteous and efficient manner
- Clearly explain service recommendations and repair orders
- Coordinate vehicle service with technicians and ensure timely completion
- Maintain regular communication with customers regarding status updates
- Upsell additional service offerings when appropriate maintaining transparency and trust
- Process repair orders invoices and collect payments accurately
- Foster long-term customer relationships and uphold the Polestar brand standard
- Collaborate with service team members and other departments to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of electric vehicles and EV service protocols is a plus
- Exceptional communication interpersonal and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Proficient in DMS and service scheduling software
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
