Tribalco is actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated Computer Support Specialist V to join our team in a temporary this position the successful candidate will provide Service Desk functions as described below. The anticipated duration for the temporary position is 1 OCT 2025 through 31 DEC 2025.
Key Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and ability required.
- Configure authorized end user and network devices to include computers printers laptops scanners and other hardware.
- Configure bulk authorized end user and network devices to include computers printers laptops scanners and other hardware
- Provide local touch labor services to include installation troubleshooting and software updates; security updates; vendor patches (service packs service releases) etc. when electronic application means do not exist
- Provide local touch labor services to include installation troubleshooting and repair
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related discipline(preferred)
- 5 years of experience as a computer technicianprovidingdesktop support.
- Must possess and maintain an IT I level certification IAW AR 25-2 and an IAT II certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M and BBP 05-PR-M-0002
- Security or higher
Clearance
- This position requires an active SECRET clearance

- Compensation will be hourly and is commensurate with experience.
