- General HR administration and coordination
- Responding to internal and external HR-related questions
- Scheduling meetings and HR events
2) Employee benefits
- Being the go-to person for employees with questions or issues related to their benefits
- Administering health and welfare plans
- Organizing employee benefits activities
3) Office Admin functions:
- Office rental renewal & cost application
- Office supplies and maintenance
- Generating expense reports of admin expenses and control cost
4) Insurance and Security
- Work with Corps insurance supplier to renew the annual insurance program
- Security checking and activities
- Update of security system
5) Supporting HR Manager
- Supporting the HRM with any special (ad hoc) projects they need assistance with.
- Reporting to the HRM about all HR & Admin endeavors.
